TAZs (with 1454 zones) were used in the last two models. They are often called zones. We want to keep them in the model. But we have new TAZs for Travel Model Two that have over 6000 zones. We want to call these taz2 and could also use zone2. Parcels nest in either system but otherwise the systems are mostly incompatible.

are directly summarized from MAZ-level counts
