Set up to its standard value one single HV channel

It's possibile to set to the standard set value the HV for a single ECAL channel.

In dcs@l0padme1 in the folder padme-dcs look for the setvolt_ecal_single.cc program and setvolt_ecal_single.exe.

Execute in the same folder with ./setvolt_ecal_single.exe. It will ask you which slot and which channel do you want to set up again, verify that these are valid numbers (in case they are not it just asks you again) and do the operation on a single channel at a time, setting up the channel at the standard voltage written in the SY4527 memory.
