1. Development of IWXXM schemas for VONA and QVA:
   • Recap the previous discussion with Paula on 1 Mar 2023.
   • Note Tim Haile's expectation on adapting (part of) a published format for use in not too much different situations.
   • Also note the need to handle holes in WAFS SIGWX F/C as well as QVA
2. Consolidate initial thoughts on the overall layout of future WxObjects.
