Directory Structure

The directory /data contains CELPP weekly processing and analysis.

blast-output/

• Directory that contains blast of pdb. Within is a symlink current that points to latest pdb_seqres_blast.(seconds since epoch) directory.

pdb/

• Contains raw download via rsync of protein database by /usr/local/bin/pdb-data-updater.sh Every week this folders get replaced.

pdb-extracted/

• Unzipped version of pdb/ folder. Every week this folder gets replaced.

celpp/

• Where the blastnfilter, docking, and evaluation of newest data into pdb is done.
