CELPP Directory Structure Overview

The CELPP directory structure is as follows:

<year>/dataset.week.#/stage.#.<task>

<year>

• This will be 4 digit year ie 2015

dataset.week.#/

• The # is week of year (1-52) ie 1 for first week of year. The week numbering follows ISO 8601 rules.

stage.#.<task>/

• The # will be a numeric value 1+ ie (1,2,3...) and task will be the operation performed. Currently supported tasks are dataimport, blastnfilter, proteinligprep, glide, and glide.evaluation
