• Pinpoint our current position and decide our priorities for what needs to be done.
• Review mock-ups and discuss possible changes.
• Discuss the compatibility of mock-ups and requirements.
• Discuss possible ways of implementation for certain pages and features.

Discussion Notes

• Examples for group-finding page were inspected.(Bungie etc.)
• Group-finding post detail mock-ups for Web and Mobile was examined and discussed. No shortcoming was found.
• Event post detail mock-ups for Web and Mobile was examined and discussed. Comment writing section and a map for location will be added. Extra information about events will be written under "Additional Information" section.
• Deficiencies in our requirements were discussed. Group-finding section will be added to requirements.
• Seperation method of different types of posts on Homepage(review, breakdown etc.) was discussed. Seperation by color was suggested.
• Deficiencies in the event section of requirements were discussed. Like-dislike, comment, link dropping, additional info and tag features will be added to the event section of requirements.
• System requirements will be reviewed and some will be transferred to under user requirements.
• Profil mock-ups for Web and Mobile were examined and discussed in comparison to requirements. Role changing feature(developer, gamer, e-sport player) will be added to the profile page. Tag section in requirements will be rearranged. User's title will be added to profile. Section showing past events will be changed to show all past and future events. Past events will be shown with a tick on the side. All of the new features will be added to requirements. Delete Account feature was taken from profile and added to account settings.
• Homepage mock-up for web and mobile were examined and discussed in comparison to requirements. Date and tag will be added to post detail. Game, event and group-finding posts on the homepage will be scrollable . Events will contain participant information and titles will be bigger. Group-finding posts will contain game name.
• Format of comments was discussed. It was decided that comments will be under one another and referable.
• In the group-finding listing mock-up for Web, it was decided that posts will not be titled by group name, instead with explanatory titles. Similar to detil mock-up, game name, language, platform and mic/camera requirement will be written. Group-finding create mock-up will be changed accordingly. User addition feature in the mobile will be added. Mobile mock-up will be altered in a similar way.
• Post detail mock-ups for Web and Mobile were examined and discussed in comparison to requirements. Posts will contain tags, report, comment writing section, official poster, reply and edit features.
• Event listing and create event pop-ups for Web was examined. Tags will be added to mock-ups and requirements of events. Geo-tag implementation will be asked in the PS. Links can be added for online events. Additional info section and participant number will be added similar to event detail mock-up.
• "Report" will not be seen in listed posts. Comments will be shown with a comment icon and comment count. Post type choosing feature will be added to post create mock-up and requirements. Mobile section of the same page will contain filters instead of tags.
• Annotation option in post, group-finding and event creation descriptions was discussed. It will be asked in the PS and discussed later.
• Search section mock-ups for Web and Mobile were examined. Different implementation methods for Web and Mobile were discussed. Letterboxd's web and mobile search implementation will be taken as a referance. Filters will contain distance. Addition of company and team will be discussed. Undecided points will be discussed in further meetings.
• Function of groups in terms of grou-finding section was discussed. It was decided that groups will be short-living and need based instead of long-lasting, consistent groups; group-finding page will function accordingly.
• Color palette for all mock-ups is selected as white and light blue.
