What does this PR change?
Currently in our testsuite, the mgrctl command have unstable behavior related to https://github.com/SUSE/spacewalk/issues/25605
Without the option -t, the output come in disorder. See information in the bsc: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1235603
It's a upstream issue and the bug is marked as RESOLVED WONTFIX. So we need to necessary changes on the testsuite side.
