Revert fix mix output mgrctl

What does this PR change?

Revert #9637 and my follow-up #9640 .

PR 9637 breaks completely the test suites, due in particular to these upstream problems:

• docker outputs to standard out with added carriage return character moby/moby#8513
• Podman --tty breaks pipelines while docker does not containers/podman#9718

I tried to work around those problems, but it takes too much time and I am not even sure it can be acheived. I am reverting as we must move forward and have results.

Please re-merge #9637 only once somùeone tested it does not break anymore the test suites.

KNOWN ISSUES

Sometimes the build can fail when pulling new jar files from download.opensuse.org . This is a known limitation. Given this happens rarely, when it does, all you need to do is rerun the test. Sorry for the inconvenience.
