This PR is related to #1715 issue .
Just an init version of react-native module ready to use in android projects .
Now i'm using this module in reactnative projects . but i did not published it to npm yet .
Please review and notify to me if any change needed to accept the PR .

hi @saeedtabrizi I try to integrate your module in my react native project .. I could not understand how to send scene file how is native module accessing it .. can you please guide me id you have any example i could refer .. I try to give scenePath prop but how to use it .. I mean what is that path
