Connecting to WiFi without using Mi Home

Presently there are two easy ways to connect to your WiFi on initial setup without using the Mi Home application.

The first method was created by @ril3y, which generates a QR code locally on your machine that you can point the camera at as you normally would with the Mi Home application https://codepen.io/ril3y/full/gXyzmO/

The second by @a-zimmerer requires a bit more work and involves editing the snx_autorun.sh script to execute additional command to set the WiFi SSID / Password.
