We intend to add the new Safe Decoder Service as a datasource, with associated domain. As there will therefore be two versions, this moves the existing
data-decoderdomain layer into a subfolder ofv1Changes
@/domain/data-decodercontents to@/domain/data-decoder/v1and propagate imports
