Summary

Fixes #9957

Occurred changes and/or fixed issues

• This reverts App upgrade notification shown for incorrect app #9806
• It broke
  • the Apps --> Installed Apps Upgradable column (install an old version of any chart and the upgrade indicator is missing)
  • the Edit/Upgrade App action (fails to find the chart associated with the app, so chart install wizard has to ask user to find it - see Edit/Upgradeing a Helm App fails to find the associated chart #9957)
  • some usages of the catalog/chart action. although Fix fetching of controllerChart from rancher store  kubewarden-ui#518 has been fixed we don't know where else it may have broken

Areas or cases that should be tested

As per description the Edit/Upgrade link and Upgradable column. @jordojordo will need to be consulted once this merges as well, but it shouldn't break his change

Areas which could experience regressions

#9613 will need to be re-opened once this merges
