R markdown (w/ Latex) Template for writing a dissertation at CUNY

Follows the CUNY formatting guide for dissertations and theses (CUNY format guide)

Adapted from DissertateUSU (which is based on Dissertate) and the CUNY latex template created by George Leibman (GC latex thesis)

• Contains all necessary code for knitting a dissertation in R Markdown.
• Contains example code for chapters, figures, tables, appendices, etc.

usage:

• edit manuscript.Rmd
• knit (there are no dependencies)

todo:

• create R package
• add completed disseration
