Stuff to find out / do

• Restart minion failed jobs
• Find out index size of cpan_v0 on bm-mc-01 v0: 273521 v1: 275566 so v1 2045 (~ 1%) more?
• Get puppet to setup a test ES on dev VM's

• Get cpan-api tests passing, and passing on travis
• Get metacpan-web tests passing, and passing on travis
• Import users & fave data (and work out how to do this for switch over)
• Import auth data, fix location point data that isn't valid
• Review all cronjobs and enable what works! - create tickets for fails

• Switch metacpan_web.conf to use https://api-v1.metacpan.org/
• Migrate MetaCPAN::Client
• Add ramdisk for running extraction whilst indexing
