API v1 initial announcement to clients

We are excited to announce that v1 of the Metacpan API has made it to beta!

Key points:

• We NEED YOUR HELP! - please test and be ready to release a new version of your client if needed.
• Current version will be around until end of the 2016 at least (for non-user based data)
• Search is upgraded to Elasticsearch 2.x feature set
• GET + Body is no longer supported (please switch to POST if needed)

If possible we would encourage you to switch to using https://metacpan.org/pod/MetaCPAN::Client
