feat: added support for android 13+ themed icons

• Added support for Android 13+ Adaptive Monochrome/Themed Icons using the adaptive_icon_monochrome key in config.

Changes

• Changed logic of how mipmap xml file is created to be more readable and concise.

Didnt work for me.
In pubspec.yaml I have to use:

flutter_launcher_icons: git: url: https://github.com/fluttercommunity/flutter_launcher_icons ref: master
