Folder Ingest Process

Preparation

• Targets must be in a targets subfolder of the top level folder. Component files may be in the top level folder or any subfolder.
• If using the "identifier" file naming convention to identify items, then all files must have the same identifier length. If this is not the case, then "you have to something different".

Process

1. Create a Collection, unless adding items to an existing Collection
2. Go to Welcome -> Batches
3. Click "New Ingest Folder"
4. Fill in the form.
