this PR (on top of #197) improves dramatically the speed of the Track Fit and of the clusterizer.
Physics results (besides numerics) are identical to #197 .
In my test the event throughput improves from 251.5 ev/s of #197 to ~326 e/s.
(I/0 limit at ~1KHz, GPU (GTX1060) 100% utilized)
