feat: test utils API improvements (Collective PR)

Description

This PR holds the changes to all of the changes coming from the PRs related to the test utils improvements.

Addition of findAllXX and findXXByTestId

• feat: Adds extra selectors to the test utils #2932
• chore: Uses the new selectors inside existing tests #2944

Addition of testId prop to the components with items

• feat: Adds test id to the anchor list component #2988
• feat: Adds test id to flashbar dom selector #2955
• feat: Adds test id to breadcrumb items #2956
• feat: Adds test id to the grid columns #2960
• feat: Adds test id to select items  #2961
• feat: Adds test id to side navigation #2972
• feat: Adds test id to cards #2976
• feat: Adds test id to radio group buttons #2978
• feat: Adds test id to tab links #3009
• Button dropdown (WIP)
