Responsibilities

As a member of the project team, I have contributed to various tasks related to the design and documentation of the project. My specific responsibilities include:

• Creating requirements: I was responsible for creating the requirements related to events, including both the user and system parts. I've also take part on creating the non-functional requirements that ensure the project's performance, scalability, and security.
• Designing diagrams: I was responsible for creating the use case, class, and sequence diagrams for the event and reporting features. In addition, I've taken some parts on designing the class diagram for tags.
• Creating Meeting Note template: I was responsible for creating the meeting note template that helps the team to standardize the content and appearance of weekly meeting notes.
• Creating the README page: I was responsible for designing the initial descriptive README page of our repository, which allows for rapid access to team members' personal information page. Additionally, one can view the project description and team members easily through our README page.

To sum up, I have contributed equally to the team's efforts, working on various design and documentation tasks to ensure the project's success and organization of the team.

Management Related Significant Issues:

Mainly, I have three issues related to management and organization of the repository

• Creating the initial descriptive README page of the repository for rapid access to each member's personal information page and giving initial informations about our team such as team members and project description
• Creating meeting note template in order to standardize contents and appearance of meeting notes.
• Writing evaluation of tools and processes that we have used to manage our team project section for our milestone report which includes the tools and application we have been using, in addition to processes that have taken a part of organization and progression throughout our development period.
