Diversity

We always encourage diversity into all areas of expertise, especially in our communities. In a global level you should consider have more women as attendees, speakers and also organizers in your events. But we know there’s a lot of regional minorities who you should consider to empower/engage at your event too.

Collaborating with WTM Chapters

Aim 20% women attendees and 20% women speakers on the stage. You can collaborate with WTM chapters in your city.
