2020-04-15 EFO 3.17.0

EFO 3.17.0 release includes further alignments between EFO and MONDO and further terms required for the GWAS Catalog. Additionally, 3.17.0 contains mappings to OMIM disease entries driven by UniProtKB, new EFO terms and imports from HP and Mondo for mapping to PheWAS driven by Open Targets. 3.10.0 also contains a brand new dynamic import of FBbt and terms to aid in EVA annotations.

This release also contains the new efo-base.owl, the experimental base module of EFO, containing only the EFO terms themselves and their interrelations.

It also includes a big change in the EFO build pipeline, which has caused a reduced number of UBERON terms being imported into EFO. UBERON terms can now be requested for importation into EFO on our tracker.
