EFO 3.11.0 release includes further alignments between EFO and MONDO and further terms required for the GWAS Catalog, Human Cell Atlas and the Single Cell Atlas. It also includes a big change in the EFO build pipeline, which has caused a reduced number of UBERON terms being imported into EFO. UBERON terms can now be requested for importation into EFO on our tracker.

For Open Targets, we have also generated an Open Targets profile (which contains all of EFO with the new Open Targets therapeutic areas) and slim file (which contains just Open Targets therapeutic areas). Both are also attached to this release.
