EFO 3.12.0 release includes further alignments between EFO and MONDO and further terms required for the GWAS Catalog. Around 250 OMIM references were added to EFO as requested by UniProtKB. A general review of disease terms, especially in terms of their placement, continued and stemmed from our work on the Open Targets Therapeutic Areas.
