Thanks @sunaku for the commit rights, tough I would appreciate a review on this one for quality control.
Set HISTORY_SUBSTRING_SEARCH_MENU=1, type a search, and hit UP/DOWN to explore.
It now only uses zsh features, I kept the result diffing experimentally in my own fork.
