BlurCMS is meant to take a folder of input files, parse them, and output them in a simple, blog-like format. Its goals are simplicity, usability, and monochromacity (I might have made that last one up).
It was created as a side project and has been used by the original author for notes :)
It's flexible enough to handle any simple site, within reason. Tumblr clone? Sure.
