Cherry pick PR #3025: Replace DLOG() with LOG() for progressive playb…

…ack (#3049)

Refer to the original PR: #3025

Most of them are DLOG(ERROR) and DLOG(WARNING). Replace them with LOG()
so they will be included in QA build.
