Test project to demonstrate the click behaviour. A bug which is present since Godot 3.2 Beta 3 (or later, do not remember exactly which version).
Open this project with Godot 3.2 Beta 2, run it on an Android device. When the app starts click quickly on the green buttons one after another. Every click should work as expected (green turns to blue, and blue turns back to green if clicked again).
