Hi there, I was trying to use this for my research. However, during the installation, I observed some packages are not available anymore. Could you please list down the exact version of R and the packages (i.e., ggplot2, shiny, reshape2, gplots, plyr, lattice, scatterplot3d, d3heatmap)?
