Simplify contributing to demos by removing extra steps

Demos are to be written/tested directly from Workbench
We now have an extensive test suite so we'll catch formatting issues Add Workbench CLI Workbench#858

Once we release the next release of Workbench with workbench-ci, Workbench stable is all contributors will need.
