Would you mind filing an issue with caniuse, asking for notes about the former name? Linking to the MDN compat table would probably make the changes required pretty clear.
Otherwise, this is ready to go.

motion-pathfeature was built with tags in BCD, and was missing many keywords.I used
offsetfor the status- previously it asoffset-path. This pushes the date later, but it is more in sync with Caniuse. Everything is the same to Caniuse, except for Chrome, and I'm not able to explain the difference here.Fixes #445
