图片裁剪应该默认 JPG，比如 300x300 PNG 会是 122K，而 JPG 只有 17K，相关：剪切完图片比原图大了三倍 #170
utils/tools 改为 ESM，使其能 tree-shaking，30.15kb -> 28.93kb —— 其实这个文件没用了，只有 isFunc 在使用
