This alternative recovery.py script can: - recover archives - get the output path from manifest.yml - run faster without spleeping
The new script is faster (doesn't sleep), doesn't delete the current output if the maximus size is reached, can recover archives and reads the output file from filebeat manifest.yml.

This PR updates the recovery.py script and related usage notes in the section wazuh-central-components.rst
The new version can recover archives, reads the output file name from Filebeat manifest.yml and it's faster.
