Equations

Use

Run 'driver_read_simulation'. This file will:

1. Identify the species names in the equations file ('eqns_read'), and assign them all values
2. Identify the parameters in the equations file ('eqns_read'), and assign them all values
3. Check to make sure all species and parameters are defined in the equations file
4. Run simulation and plot species
