fixes #24

I have started with a simple list of what one needs to learn to become a WoT expert. This is just a proposal with title-like items in a list and not real content. Once agreed upon, I will improve this by finding respective links, tutorials etc. for each point or write small text.

An alternative would be to have this kind of document only until the TD part (list item 5) and then link to respective explainer documents.

Additionally, I would like to reach out to our community and ask how they have learned WoT and what their initial knowledge was. We can start by the WG and IG where people can tell their experience, then we can tweet and email about it to get more information.

Some feedback from the meeting of 22.02:

  • Node.js/Javascript should be mentioned
  • We should mention IoT landscape so that Web developers can understand the implications like sensors, actuators and the fact that Things can be physical devices with different development environments and resource-constrained.
  • Maybe two curricula, one for Web developers and one for IoT developers. Ideally a linear sequence with everything in one page but some parts can be folded in case the reader does not know JSON etc. or constrained devices

If others have a different experience, please comment what a "newbie" needs to learn.
We will tweet to ask for input without pointing to the PR, just letting people answer via comments on Twitter.

@sebastiankb has provided me a document that does someting similar for the Asset Administration Shell standardization efforts: https://www.plattform-i40.de/IP/Redaktion/EN/Downloads/Publikation/AAS-ReadingGuide202201.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&v=4

They have split the "journey" into multiple storylines but for developer only the standardization documents are provided.
