Some notes on current AT support:

• ChromeVox, Orca, JAWS and NVDA are all at various stages of development.
• The only ones that have implemented being able to navigate to and from aria-details are ChromeVox and Orca.
• JAWS and NVDA are both still working on aria-details.
• Neither Talkback nor VoiceOver have announced anything.
