Radio Group Example Using aria-activedescendant: Change unchecked assertion to optional and omit 4 assertions from insert+up command for JAWS and NVDA

Resolves #1094, #1141.

Changes:

1. Priority of assertion to convey state 'unchecked' to 3 from 2 (issue Feedback: Change priority of 'unchecked' state assertion from 'should' to 'optional' in plan for Radio Group Example Using aria-activedescendant, V24.03.13 #1141).
2. For the JAWS insert+up command in tests for requesting info about a radio, remove assertions for posinset, setsize, group name, and group role (JAWS Feedback: "Change insert+Up assertions for Request information about an unchecked radio button" (Radio Group Example Using aria-activedescendant, Test 14, V24.03.13) #1094).
3. Add insert+up testing to NVDA for the tests of requesting info about a radio and make the assertions equivalent to JAWS. This command was missing from the NVDA commands.
