One small editorial suggestion, to change singular to plural: s/is any dimension/includes any dimensions/ Because a single anything cannot be diverse. Diversity requires two or more things that differ from each other. |
This is addressed in another PR, I must have missed it here. |

In an effort to address the concerns raised in issue 327, this change adds "racial identity" in addition to "race" to the list of dimensions in the definition for diversity.
