In an effort to address the concerns raised in issue 327, this change adds "racial identity" in addition to "race" to the list of dimensions in the definition for diversity.

One small editorial suggestion, to change singular to plural: s/is any dimension/includes any dimensions/

Because a single anything cannot be diverse. Diversity requires two or more things that differ from each other.
