Moved everything on one schematic and board

v3 Release

Fixed a number of issues, specifically for boards (schematics remained unchanged):

• #8 - Fixed all issues contributed by (vyruz1986)
• #7 - Light colors should be marked on PCB
• #6 - Lightsboard: Pin numbers on Lx-x connectors are reversed
• #5 - LightsBoard: Issues with 74HC595
• #4 - Pin numbering on JST-XH connectors is reversed
• #3 - Pin numbering between power board and lights board is wrong
• #2 - Resistor values on PowerBoard are not practical
• #1 - Screw holes are too close to components
