Virtual Labs Landing Pages powered by lab data service

With this release:

1. The pages are built from the data provided by lab data
   service.
2. Login/ Registration is integrated with Open edX
3. Labs are ported to the gingko version of Open edX ::Effort
4. Bugs in the labs ported onto Open edX are fixed ::Effort
5. Footer as a service integrated.
6. Analytics service is integrated.
7. Images are copyright free.
8. Search facility enabled.
9. The about pages of Virutal Labs is made a service and integrated into landing pages.
