In order to run algorithm you have to run php -f algo.php and check file log.txt So maybe you will need to run with sudo privileges In order to make "javascript part" work, just copy this files into your webserver root directory. It requires apache installed to allow ajax request to be performed. Then just download javascript dependencies using 'bower install' command and go to /localhost/fisher_and_family address in your browser
