Pending Installation

Instances With Pending Status (installation/stop/start/delete) will be processed to the action within 1 minute.

CENTOS 7.4
Cpanel v70.0.27

after investigation i see that service file is not created
but cant know why

any help how to trace

maybe the cron is not working, Please run this file manually https://github.com/vivex/cPanel4j/blob/master/cPanel4jCore/cron.php
