✓ Fixes for external SD card sending and speed up for loading files on new layout and apps screen.
✓ Introducing New Web UI for sending files, that shows app icons on layout, shows notifications for all actions in the web UI, Fixes for WebUI on IPad, IPhone, Some Android, FIre OS tablets.

✓ Now supports to download Folder as zip from Web UI.
✓ Works on Android 13, Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA)
✓ Can work on any network connection.
✓ Use the "Open file manager" button to browse recently transferred files.
✓ Can send files to external storage device like SD card etc from web UI.
✓ From the Web UI you can open apps, open file on any storage.
✓ Now shows thumbnails of images if available, can open all images in app itself, if necessary (on TV).
✓ Now working on all browsers, Notifies when a device is connected.
