Gymang

Welcome to the Workout Manager App repository! This application is designed to help you manage your workouts effectively, create custom exercises, track series, and identify muscles activated in each exercise. Additionally, you can share your workouts with others using this app.

How to run

To install the Workout Manager App, follow these steps:

Install dependencies using PNPM:

pnpm install

Generate schema:

pnpm schema

Generate relay:

pnpm relay

Start the development server:

pnpm dev

Open your browser and go to http://localhost:3000 to access the Gymang.

Usage

Once the application is running, you can perform the following actions:

  • Create an account: Start by creating an account.
  • Create a Workout: Start by creating a new workout plan.
  • Add Exercises: Add custom exercises to your workout plan.
  • Manage Exercises: Edit, delete, or track progress for each exercise.
  • Share Workouts: Share your workout plans with others.
