Contracts to deposit Aave Matic Tokens (amTokens) and receive Exchange Rate Aave Matic Tokens (eramTokens).
Basically it allows to switch from tokens that increase in quantity to reflect the interest accrued,
to tokens that increase in value but maintain the same quantity.
