Adds signal changes from StateField with abstract models #59 (sender is the class, instance is self, adds user)
Adds transition to *_state_execute
Adds test cases for signals
Adds docs

According to the [Django documentation](https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.8/topics/signals/#sending-signals) the sender is normally a class. Adds an instance to replace the old sender behaviour.
