Better instructions for installing/using ACF Pro with Composer

Notes

There are still 3 things left to do for this issue.

  1. Remove the existing ACF Pro plugin files from the plugins directory.
  2. Set up the Viget auth.json file on the Site Starter & Parts Kit sites (without keeping it in the repo).
  3. Make sure everything is working during deployment.
