Rank-Ordered Logit model

This version has many improvements compared to v1.0:

• change the main model implementation to rank-ordered logit likelihood for directly modeling the ranks
• all models are now implemented directly in stan rather than brms
• posterior predictive checks are on the rank-scale naturally
• the counterfactual prediction is now done on the probability scale rather than log odds ratio

First released version

This is the first release version of the repository, to assign a DOI through Zenodo.
