The Pilot Application for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PAPUA) is a templated form builder that enables state unemployment offices to capture and store claim data with minimal setup and overhead.

PAPUA has been technically designed to:

  • Give you access, ownership and control of your unemployment claim intake service
  • Be loosely coupled so that you can scale serving form websites and storing claim data independently from your critical business processes
  • Be deployed and maintained by small teams
  • Serve as a temporary solution that's easy to tear down, or as a springboard to launch more services into the cloud
