Schema Update, Exception Handling

This release brings the lambda into line with the latest DOS schemas (0.2.0). Exception handling has been added for some cases #3 and some request validation for ListDataObjects to address #2 .

Known Issues:

  • Found an issue with malformed page tokens in GDC #10

Demonstrates access of https://api.gdc.cancer.gov/ using Data Object Service methods. Initial pre-release can be used to list metadata and create download URLs for GDC.

Known Issues:

  • Lacks exception handling #3, request and response validation (#4 #5)
  • Data Bundles are not implemented #7
  • ListDataObjects is underimplemented for searching by alias or checksum #6
